NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Official Rules contain limitations on liability and a binding arbitration clause that participants must review and agree to prior to entering the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at time of participating. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Vacation, Inc. (“Sponsor”); Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”); and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouse) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Participants and/or potential winners may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility as required by Administrator

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The time clock of the Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device of the Sweepstakes.

How to Participate
During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any specially-marked PEPSI® Wild Cherry SPF 30 Tinted Lip Gel (from the Pepsi® x Vacation® Collection) and look for a unique code under the lip gel cap (“Code”). To obtain a Code without making a purchase, hand print your first & last name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” index card or piece of paper and mail to: Vacation® x PEPSI® Wild Cherry SPF 30 Tinted Lip Gel Sweepstakes Code Request, c/o GSE, PO Box 160, Dept. 26-8127-01, Glencoe, MN 55336-0160 to be received by September 28, 2026. One (1) Combined Code will be emailed to the email address provided. Limit one (1) free Code request per person/stamped-outer envelope per day. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, unintelligible or undelivered mail or Code requests or Codes.

During the Sweepstakes Period and upon obtaining a Code, visit Vacation.Inc/Pepsi (“Website”) and find the Sweepstakes mention. Next, follow the on-screen instructions to register for the Sweepstakes, input your Code, and then properly submit an online play to determine if you have won a prize (subject to verification) (“Play”). Randomly-selected times, during the Sweepstakes Period, will be chosen by the Administrator, and the first participant who completes a Play in accordance with these Official Rules (whose Play is properly received and recorded by Administrator's computer at or immediately after a randomly selected time) will win a prize (subject to verification). If your computer screen or mobile device displays a prize-winning message, you are a potential winner of the indicated prize (subject to verification). If your computer screen or mobile device displays a non-winning prize message, you are not a winner of a prize. All Plays must be properly received and recorded within the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible to win a prize. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Plays received and the order in which they are received.

Limit one (1) Play per person/email address per day. A “day” is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour period between 12:00:00 a.m. ET and 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the same day. All participants must have a valid email address. Multiple participants may not share the same email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Play and/or an eligible participant. Each submission must be manually key stroked and/or manually entered by the individual participant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Plays (including but not limited to Plays made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email addresses/IP addresses may be blocked. Additionally, use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, and/or the manipulation of such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of Plays and/or prizes, is prohibited and such persons will be disqualified and all of their Plays will be deemed invalid and any prize won by such person shall be forfeited. If you choose to participate via a mobile device, standard data charges may apply. Please consult the terms and conditions of your individual service plan prior to participating via a mobile device. A mobile device is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.

Notification of Potential Winners
Potential winners will receive an email from the Administrator within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a prize-winning message during their online session on the Website. The email will contain instructions on how to claim the prize. Prizes must be claimed within five (5) days of email notification. If (a) an attempted prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable; (b) a potential winner does not respond to the prize-claim instructions as stated within the notification; (c) a potential winner cannot be verified; (d) a potential winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated; or (e) a potential winner declines a prize for any reason, such person will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for (a) suspended or discontinued landline, wireless or online service which may result in a potential winner not receiving a notification; (b) any change in participant's contact information; or (c) any undelivered or unanswered emails, including without limitation, emails that are not received because of a potential winner’s privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes email, including any winner notification email, to a spam or junk folder. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND/OR SPONSOR. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL HE OR SHE HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND NOTIFIED THAT THE VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Release of Liability and Publicity Consent
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Promotion Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, and representatives (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, damages or liabilities with respect to, or in any way arising from or relating to such participant's participation or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, the ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection to the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance or use of the prize, including without limitation liability for personal injury, damages, death, monetary loss, defamation or violation of privacy rights. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, device, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors, omissions or limitations of any Internet providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, destroyed, misdirected or not received or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of any Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or any Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized access, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Sweepstakes; any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Plays, or for deletion, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Plays; causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; any Plays submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules (all such Plays will be disqualified); or cheating or fraud by any participant. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors, any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, Website users, tampering, hacking or printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; in the announcement of a prize or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on any Website. Use of any Website is at user’s own risk. Sponsor is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer (hardware or software) and/or other device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. The use of third-party software or website or automated entry systems to participate is prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Plays made in such fashion. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

The Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes or prize is canceled due to weather, fire, natural disaster, strike, acts of war or terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine or any other condition beyond its control (a “Force Majeure Event”). By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his or her name, photograph, likeness, taped, filmed or otherwise recorded image, statements and limited biographical information (city and state of residence) for publicity or advertising purposes in all media worldwide, including but not limited to social media, without limitation and without further compensation or notice, except as may be prohibited by applicable law.

General Conditions
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any printing, administrative, human or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, social media mandate or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion hereof, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the above actions, or for any reason, without notice. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules or any laws; (c) attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, misappropriation, infringement, or any other unfair playing practices; (d) poor sportsmanship; or (e) acting in a way that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other participants, Sponsor, or its respective representatives. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Any valuation of a prize stated above is based on information available to the Sponsor, and the value of the prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. The winners may be required to provide the Sponsor with valid identification before any prize is awarded.

Disclaimer
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event a programming, production, seeding or printing error or any other reason causes more than the stated number of prizes, as set forth in these Official Rules, to be available, awarded, and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves right to award only the stated number of prizes. Screen shots are not proof of submitting a Play or winning status.

Participant’s Privacy
Use of your personal information is subject to the privacy policy located at https://www.vacation.inc/privacy-policy. Winners’ names may be included in a publicly-available winners’ list.

Disputes/Venue/Governing by Law
By participating, participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or a prize awarded for the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal, state or local court located in Westchester County, New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to participants.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or made by any representative of Sponsor, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
